Our highly qualified personal will be always at your disposal to help. We can guarantee personalized attention. During the day a member of our team will be always close to you. You can contact us in the office by e-mail or telephone from Monday to Saturday from 9 am until 6 pm (local time). Outside the office hours you can contact us through our emergency numbers.

How much does an inspection trip for a group cost?

A.

The inspection trip performs the same program as the group. A 100 % must be paid according to the price of the season. When the group is confirmed both parts arrange a percentage of this payment from the final bill of the group depending on the number of clients from the prospection and the group and of the services finally confirmed.

Is it an international license necessary to drive cars or jeeps in the tours in Cuba?

A.

Yes, although licenses given for each country are valid in Cuba. Cars and jeeps include insurance.

What’s the pick-up time in the hotels for transfers to the airport to take national flights?

A.

You should be in the airport two hours before the flight departure and add to this time how long it takes you to get to the airport. Our representative will inform you according to the tourist destination from where the group is taking the transfer.

You should be in the airport three hours before the flight departure and add to this time how long it takes you to get to the airport. Our representative will inform you according to the tourist destination from where the group is taking the transfer.

What are the penalties for total or partial cancelation?

A.

In both cases, you should be aware of our policies, which may change according to the group or the season but they will always be well detailed in our offers and negotiations.

What´s the minimum number of clients so we can consider it as a group?

A.

Groups of 10 or more clients are considered as groups. If the amount of clients is below 10 pax, we will pass the request through our FIT team.

Is the paperwork concerning travel insurance and visa included in your offer?

A.

Visas can be obtained through the Cuban Embassies in your country. We can provide proper advice on this issue. As for the Travel Insurance, we can provide the one that is acceptable in Cuba. The insurance is a requirement to travel to Cuba.

In which season of the year do I have the best prices?

A.

CubaForGroups always guarantees an attractive quotation for your group. However, you should consider that February, March, the Holy Week, November (specially in Havana) and the end of December are seasons of high occupancy and increased demand. In addition, some events set high occupancy seasons.

Am I allowed to import equipment and souvenirs in the Customs Clearance for a group?

Some items are not allowed to enter the country according to the current Customs regulations (www.aduana.co.cu) . In the case of souvenirs, you should provide a list one month in advance so we can arrange the entry license.

What information should I provide about the clients traveling to Cuba?

A.

Basically you should provide full name, passport and passport number, date of birth, and expiration date of the passport of each traveler. Some hotels demand forms to be filled with address and further data. In that case, we will inform properly.

From how many clients do I get a pax free?

A.

The amount of free clients varies with the season, amount of rooms and type of service. What usually applies is 1 free customer for every 25 paid and a maximum of 4 clients free of charge in every group. In the case of children, you will receive proper information about the discount policy in every service.

What is the payment policy?

A.

Services must be 100 % pre-paid with a minimum of 45 days before the arrival of the group. 20 % of the payment is required as initial deposit with the confirmation of the group. The details of our bank accounts will be provided once we have your confirmation. We can consider different payment methods according to mutual convenience.
